I offer individual psychotherapy sessions for children, teens, young adults, and adults facing:

Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Mood Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Adjustments to Life Transitions, Low Self-Esteem, Self-Harm, Social Anxiety, Challenges with Social Skills, Stress, Trauma, and Grief & Loss

Treatment is provided both through telehealth as well as in-person sessions at my office located in Wall Township, NJ.

*Please note that I am only licensed within the state of New Jersey, therefore both client and clinician must be present within the state when participating in telehealth sessions.

  • We will explore the connection between our thoughts, emotions & behaviors. Additionally, we will identify unhelpful thought patterns, and learn ways to bring awareness to more supportive thought patterns.

  • We will learn to reduce strong emotional responses and sensations and accept change by building skills in mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and communication & healthy relationship building.

  • I will support and guide you through anxiety reduction by gradually facing your fears. This is a supportive approach for anxiety, phobias and OCD.

  • We will explore your goals & motivations towards behavioral change with a collaborative and compassionate focus.

  • We will focus on highlighting your character and inner strengths to support building resilience.

  • We will engage in learning ways to non-judgmentally shift your awareness to the present moment, through both body and mind, and away from unpleasant thoughts, emotions and sensations.

  • Together, we will reduce self-criticism by welcoming kindness and grace.

  • When talking it through is just not enough, we welcome additional ways to express thoughts & emotions through creativity, such as crafting, writing, coloring, drawing, music, movement, and more.

  • We will explore how aspects of lifestyle impact mental health & wellness, such as movement, nutrition, sleep hygiene, and relaxation methods.

Approaches to healing

My approach is primarily client-centered and eclectic, meaning treatment is tailored to your unique needs. In practice, I utilize holistic approaches in combination with evidenced-based treatments to support the whole person - mind, body and spirit.
