Hi, I'm Samantha!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and collaboration. I received my Bachelors in Psychology from Montclair State University, and my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University.
My goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where we can explore your experiences at your own pace. Through collaboration and connection, I aim to empower you with effective tools to manage challenges and create meaningful change.
I believe we are all capable of growth and change. While starting therapy can feel intimidating, giving yourself the space to nurture each step of the journey makes all the difference. I am passionate about supporting others in discovering their strengths, passions, and the answers that already exist within them.

Get To Know Me
Creativity & Art
I have always enjoyed and appreciated art & creativity in many forms! I grew up with a love for dancing both competitively and for fun, as well as performing in musicals. In the recent years, you’ll find me with a karaoke-microphone singing along with family and friends! I am also passionate about creating art, and have enjoyed doing so in various ways throughout my life. Whether painting with acrylics, watercolors or on denim jackets, drawing, collaging, or crafting, I always be sure to take time for my creativity to shine!
Getting Out In Nature
Being outside is very grounding to me! Whether through taking a walk with my dog, riding my bike, relaxing on the beach or hiking, I always find myself feeling present and at ease. Plus, I just love the sunshine & fresh air!
Fun Fact: My first hike was at the Grand Canyon!
Commitment to My Own Wellness
In addition to being committed to supporting my clients in their wellness, I always make sure to provide myself the same dedication & support. I am someone who will continue caring for my growth and wellness through my own therapy, mindfulness practices, and engaging in exercise & movement through running and yoga.
