For all insurances except Horizon BCBS, I utilize a third-party service called Headway to manage insurance & billing services. Please visit my Headway profile here to confirm that your insurance plan is covered.

Out-Of-Network Options:

For those that choose to not utilize their insurance plan, or have a plan that I am not In-Network with, we can discuss out of pocket options during our consultation call. My starting rate is $150, and I also provide sliding scale options to reduce the price if needed.

If your insurance is Out-of-Network, a “Superbill” may be requested to submit to your insurance company. Some insurance companies may reimburse a percentage for Out-of-Network services.
